By signing up as a rider with Ezee Riders, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions, and policies outlined herein.
Riders must adhere to all local, state, and national laws, including traffic and safety regulations.
Eligibility and Verification:
Riders must possess a valid driving license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance, and any other mandatory documents as per local laws.
Ezee Riders reserves the right to verify rider credentials periodically. Falsification of information may result in termination of your contract.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Riders are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in roadworthy condition. Regular maintenance and compliance with emission norms are mandatory.
Any penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from non-compliance with vehicle standards will be the rider’s sole responsibility.
Conduct and Professionalism:
Riders must treat passengers with respect and professionalism, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Any form of misconduct, including harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior, will result in immediate suspension or termination.
Riders are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, overcharging, or demanding cash payments outside the platform.
Safety and Compliance:
Riders must adhere to traffic rules, speed limits, and local regulations at all times. Riders and passengers are required to wear helmets during the ride.
Riders must not engage in unsafe practices such as using mobile phones while driving or operating under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
In case of an accident, riders must immediately inform Ezee Riders and cooperate with authorities and the company for resolution.
Payment and Earnings:
Earnings are calculated based on completed rides as per the rates displayed in the app. Deductions for platform fees and applicable taxes will be made.
Riders must ensure they check their earnings dashboard regularly. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days.
Riders are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.
Cancellation Policy:
Riders are expected to minimize cancellations. Excessive cancellations without valid reasons may lead to penalties or suspension.
If unable to accept or complete rides due to unforeseen circumstances, riders must promptly notify the user and Ezee Riders support.
Liability and Insurance:
Riders are responsible for any damage or loss caused by their negligence during the ride. This includes, but is not limited to, traffic violations, accidents, or property damage.
Riders are required to maintain valid vehicle insurance and personal accident insurance at all times. Ezee Riders is not liable for damages resulting from lack of proper insurance coverage.
Data Privacy and Usage:
Ezee Riders collects rider information to manage operations and enhance service quality. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Riders are prohibited from sharing user details or any sensitive information obtained during rides.
Termination of Contract:
Ezee Riders reserves the right to suspend or terminate rider accounts for violations of company policies, non-compliance with terms, or legal issues.
Riders may terminate their association by providing notice as outlined in their agreement, subject to settlement of pending payments and liabilities.
Force Majeure:
Ezee Riders is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
Updates and Amendments:
Ezee Riders reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer, terms of service, or associated policies. Riders will be notified of significant changes. Continued service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
